The AJGA conducts more than 90 tournaments each year across the United States and Puerto Rico and provides a competitive platform that helps aspiring young golfers gain exposure to earn college golf scholarships. In 2012, the AJGA had a record-setting 5,983 players from 50 states and more than 40 foreign countries.
“I am entrusted with several important tasks, and my opinion and voice matters.”
“It gives me the opportunity to grow in my career and to learn new skills.”
“It's fun, rewarding and it's never stagnant. I admire the senior management team for what they envision, I enjoy the people I work with, and never have had a regret about coming to work for the AJGA.”
“The leadership and the wonderful culture we have here. It is second to none. Plus, we work with some of the top leaders in the business world, as well as the best junior golfers in the world.”
“Praise from my superiors, raises each year and year-end bonuses and good, positive feedback when a job is done well. ”
“My supervisor gives continuous feedback, which aids in my confidence about the future. The financial strength of the company and the fact that we are a fiscally conservative organization also helps.”
