Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC (Baker Donelson) is a full service law firm with 18 offices across the Southeast and Washington, D.C. We trace our roots back to 1888 when James F. Baker established a law firm in Huntsville, Tennessee. Today, his great-grandson, former U.S. Senator Howard Baker, is senior counsel with the Firm. For more than 120 years, Baker Donelson has built a reputation for achieving results for our clients on a wide range of legal matters. While providing legal services is our focus, it is how we deliver them that sets us apart.
